Machida, Inc. requires that all incoming repairs reference an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number please contact us. Please place this number on ALL incoming paperwork and prominently display it on the outside of the shipping container.
A fully completed complaint form is also required to ensure your repair is handled as expeditiously as possible.

Machida, Inc. will evaluate your equipment at no charge to you and quote the cost to repair. We will await authorization to repair before we proceed with any work.
When to Return an Instrument for Repair:
Loss of optical clarity
Indentations in the insertion tube
Loss of angulation control and/or resistance to angulation
Looseness or tear in the insertion tube covering
Loss of illumination capability
Loose connection at control unit or light guide plug
Machida recently announced two innovative additions to our videoscope product line. A 2mm Videoscope, VSC-2-86, and a 3mm Working Channel Videoscope, VSC-3-65C. Both units work with either the 15” Video Processor, 7-5050, or the 10” Portable Video Processor, 7-6060, and provide the same high quality image as the VSC-3-140-N Videoscope.
